Junction TV end-to-end platform powers Demand-the-Outdoors VoD

Junction TV will be providing the end-to-end OTT platform for subscription-based media channel Demand-the-Outdoors. Demand-the-outdoors will be using the Junction TV asset management and publishing system integrated with Roku STB. The Junction TV asset management/publishing system platform provides an easy to use interface to manage, edit and publish video assets and create engaging user experience.

Roku is becoming a key player in the OTT market to create TV experience and to open the door for content providers to create direct-to-consumer channels, says Mike Shehan, Junction TV’s VP of Sales and Business Development. Junction TV is poised to create a solution that can now help any content providers like Demand-the-Outdoors to create their own channel targeting specific demographics on multi-screen platforms of their choice such as the Roku platform.
