BOM TV goes Everywhere – Indian live TV channels launch TV-E solution with Junction TV
Junction TV’s cloud-based platform has announced another successful customer: BOM TV has been launched on multiple devices including Roku, Samsung, NeoTV and Customized Android-based STB. BOM TV is the leading provider of Indian Language Live channels in North America. Bom TV has been entertaining Malayalee Expatriate communities living across the world since 2007 with its exhaustive bouquet of Malayalam Regional TV Channels. Best of Malayalam TV (BomTV) is an IPTV service in Malayalam & Tamil language channels currently with 29 Malayalam channels and 6 Tamil channels delivered in high quality broadcast service.
The BOM-TV apps are using the Junction TV platform for package-based access control where users are allowed access to channels based on their selected packages. Additionally Live-channel management component of Junction TV CMS is used to manage the channel line up across the devices. The apps deliver both live channels as well as archives for up to 2 days.
